Shipping Policy

Once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled as orders are usually processed right away.

Shipping information and updates will be provided once the order has been shipped.

- Average 5-10days to ship within Canada and the continental US.

- International shipping rates vary on distance and tax laws of the country and may take up to 10-15 days.

Sorry we do not ship to P.O boxes

We are not responsible for any additional tax laws, delays or rejections that may potentially occur at customs.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

We want to make it right! Therefore we offer a 14 -day return policy on selected  items from the moment you receive the item. All returns should be initiated by first getting in touch with us. Due to the intimate nature of some of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns for close intimate items for health, safety, and trust of our customers as these items cannot be resold. Contact us for a list of such items. We will send instructions on how and where to send your returnable item(s), please note in some instances you may be responsible for the return shipping cost. To be eligible for a return, the item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
